Our video messaging service is available Mon-Friday only. You will have an allocated 2 minutes to send your colour or DIY queries to our colour consultants via video message. Our colour experts will respond to your query within 24hours Monday to Friday. This service is designed to provide design advice on a specific area or a room, for larger-scale projects, please avail of our online consultation service

It is important to include as much relevant information as possible within the video timeframe to ensure that our colour consultants receive a full picture of the space you are redesigning. For example, please include if you are changing furnishings or looking for a particular colour choice.
